Through the California Tribal Families Coalition, a Sacramento-based nonprofit founded by Native American tribal leaders, Delia Sharpe and Blair Kreuzer advocate for policy and statutory change on behalf of tribes, provide legal counsel for tribes in child welfare cases, and boost the capacity of tribes to deliver child welfare and behavioral health services.
